1. Improper blanking

2. Improper design process
The compressive strength of the mold is insufficient, the wound interval is too close, the mold design is not scientific, and the number of template blocks is insufficient.
3. Quenching and tempering: deformation caused by poor heat treatment and quenching process

4. Improper die cutting

The stamping dies that cause wire cutting are prone to initial damage, which immediately endangers the maintenance of the cold stamping gap of the die and the tooth surface is very easy to chip, which reduces the service life of the die. Therefore, in the online cutting process, an effective electrical standard should be selected to avoid the deep layer of the moldy layer as much as possible.
5. Insufficient pressing force of high-speed punching machine equipment
The tonnage of the high-speed punch is small, the cold punch pressure is insufficient, and the die adjustment is probably too deep. The precision and rigidity of a stamping machine (such as a stamping machine) is extremely important to the damage to the service life of the stamping die.
