Captive screws PF11/PF12
PF11/PF12
Name: Captive screws, panel screws, spring tensioning screws
On the left, the small size of loose screws is PF11 M3-0, and the larger size is M5-1.
Material: carbon steel screw, carbon steel riveted sleeve, aluminum screwed sleeve combination; stainless steel screw, stainless steel pressure riveted sleeve, aluminum screwed sleeve combination
The left is a PF11 M6-2 captive screw.
The composition of the panel spring screw (captive screw) is divided into several components:
1, screw part ( Securing the other end of the chassis sheet depends on it, The general material is carbon steel and stainless steel, the head type has a cross or slot to facilitate tool tightening, The left picture shows the eleven-character slot. If there is no special note, our company is the default slot type. Please note. )
2, hand-tighten the sleeve (usually ruled pull flowers, usually made of aluminum, the aluminum may be required to black oxide as required, right)
3, clinching sleeve (riveted to the panel depends on it)
4, the spring (to facilitate the extension of the screw indentation and let the whole part does not come out)
After the production of each component is completed, it is assembled into one body and the hand-twisting portion is squeezed so that it is inlaid with the crimping member through the spring to form a complete loose spring panel screw.
Panel screws PF21/PF22
PF21
PF21, PF22 clinching type panel screws
Material: Aluminum handle + steel sleeve + stainless steel screw + stainless steel spring
Riveted to 1.0MM 1.5MM sheet and above, to form a free hand threaded captive screws
The specifications on the left are PF22 M3-17.1 (default nickel plated rivets) and PF21 M3-14 (blue and white zinc plated)
The difference between PF21 and PF22:
PF21 corresponds to a board thickness of 1mm or more, PF22 corresponds to a board thickness of 1.5MM or more, and PF22 has a larger riveting thickness than PF21. The following table has detailed specifications.
Spring screw PF31 PFS31 PF32 PFS32
PF30

Spring Screws PF30, PF31, PF32
Different from PF11 spring screws, the spring screws of PF30, PF31 and PF32 series are simple in structure. The spring is exposed on the outside. This type of spring screw can meet a variety of functional and decorative needs. The slotted and knurled head is suitable for tool assembly and hand tightening. The design is more compact and reasonable than the PF11.
Thread specifications: #4 to #1/4, M3 to M6.
The three groups on the left (not in the fourth group) show the standard PF(S)31 series M3 M4 M5 spring specifications
The left one is PF31 M3 with nickel plating.
This is the comparison between the M4 and M3 of the PF31 series spring screw, standing M4, flat M3.
This series of spring screws consists of three parts: spring + screw head with knurled head + crimping with flower teeth.
In fact, knurled screws on the head can even be used alone as hand screws (this type of screw we link to a special screw series).

Like other series of panel spring screws, it is fixed to the thin plate by riveting or stamping, and the plate thickness is more than 1.0, and the specifications corresponding to smaller or thicker plate thickness need to be ordered.
Rising rivet Captive screws PF41/PF42
PF41
PF41 PF42 Series Panel Screws
Riveting riveting way to the cabinet panel, through the press the fixed set of rivets flanged fixed in the plate hole, so as to form a panel does not come out of the screws.
Left specification: PF41 M3-13.8
Material: Aluminum handle + aluminum sleeve + stainless steel screw + stainless steel spring (Note: The left riveting sleeve is not aluminum, but not rust, this is a custom PF41 rise riveting loose captive screw)
PF41/42 series of riveted loose-fitting screws can rivet thicker plate thickness up to 5MM. According to the thickness of the plate, custom thicker rise riveted loose without screws.
Chart specifications: Left is PF41 M4-1 right this PF42 M4-1, the size of the riveted part of the A-size width is significantly different.
PF41 hand loosening screws, PF42 rose riveted loose screws
Material; aluminum handle, aluminum sleeve, stainless steel screw and spring
Riveting riveted to the sheet, the PF4 series captive screws are riveted to the sheet by means of riveting, and the mounting method is different from that of the captive screws.
