CNC prototype processing materials are extensive, including ABS, PMMA, POM, PC, PA (nylon), PP, PU, acrylic (transparent materials), etc. The cost of CNC prototype is low, the processing material has the requirements of high strength, high temperature resistance, high toughness, transparency, etc. At the same time, it can produce metal prototypes such as aluminum alloy; Moreover, the surface treatment forms of CNC models are diversified, such as grinding, spraying, painting, polishing, screen printing, electroplating, etc. The effect is completely comparable to the products produced by the mold; in appearance, assembly, and function verification, the customer's final design intent can be achieved.

PMMA Acrylic prototype material characteristics: PMMA sub-acrylic temperature tolerance range of 60-80 ℃.
Material properties: High transparency, poor strength and toughness, suitable for prototype production of liquid crystal shells for electrical appliances
The temperature tolerance range of POM Saigang prototype material is 90-110 ℃.
Material properties: Good strength, toughness and hardness, mainly suitable for prototype production of mechanical gear rotating parts
