TC1
Performance Analysis: MGood stamping. Various types of welding can be performed, and the weldability is good. Machinability is the same as industrial pure titanium. Good oxidation resistance
Working environment: Parts that work below 400°C. Suitable for all kinds of plates, stamping and welding parts
TC2
Performance Analysis: At 350°C, the 100h endurance strength is above 400MPa, and there is good plasticity in hot working. Heated to 350-400 °C, no brittle tendency, therefore, can be used to weld parts that work at high temperatures.
Working Environment: Parts, Weldments, Die Forgings, and Bending Parts that work below 500°C
TC4
Performance analysis: poor stamping, good thermoplasticity. Various types of welding can be performed, and the strength of the welded joint can reach 90% of the base metal strength. Mechanical processing performance is still good, need to use carbide, a large amount of knife, slow speed, adequate cooling. Good corrosion resistance and good thermal stability. It is one of the most widely used titanium alloys.
Working environment: Long-term working parts below 400°C
Performance analysis: poor stamping performance, thermoplasticity is still good. Various forms of welding can be performed with good performance. The strength and plasticity of the welded joint can be equal to that of the base metal. Mechanical processing performance is the same as industrial pure titanium. Good corrosion resistance, good thermal stability at high temperature
Working environment: Doing structural work for long-term work below 500°C, can do various die forgings
TA8
Performance analysis: good thermoplasticity. Various types of welding can be performed, and the weldability is good. Machinability is the same as industrial pure titanium. Good oxidation resistance

TC1

TA7Performance analysis : poor stamping, good thermoplasticity. Various types of welding can be performed, and the strength of the welded joint can reach 90% of the base metal strength.
