In recent years, with the development of high-performance, high-precision CNC machine tools and excellent diamond tools. The CNC high-gloss machining process has made a great breakthrough, and high-gloss milling instead of grinding has been matured. The principle of CNC high-light processing is to use diamond high-gloss knives on the precision CNC machining equipment, with scientific and reasonable cutting parameters and processes to achieve the sparkling surface effect.

(1) Machine tool: Because high-light processing requires good rigidity and precision of the machine tool, the use of precision CNC machine tools is the prerequisite for high-light processing. Such as precision CNC engraving machine (the general speed is 20000~100000 rev / min);

(2) Tool: To achieve high-gloss effects, diamond high-gloss knives are required. Diamond high-gloss knives are standard for CNC high-light processing. The diamond high-gloss cutting edge can not see any notched burrs under the high power microscope, and can withstand long-term cutting without deformation. The friction coefficient between diamond and non-ferrous metal is very small, the chips are not easy to stick to the blade, and no built-up edge is produced. Therefore, the cutting edge is always cut directly to the workpiece during the machining process, and a stable size and high brightness can be obtained.

(3) Workpiece: Suitable materials for high-gloss processing include aluminum and copper. When processing aluminum and aluminum, the brightness is the highest, and the wear on the tool is minimal; When processing copper parts, the brightness is relatively bright, and the wear of the tool is second.

(4) Process: The cutting speed of mirror milling is usually around 30m/s. In order to be able to machine a perfect workpiece, the spindle must be dynamically balanced after the tool change to minimize the ripple caused by the dynamic imbalance on the workpiece surface. The diamond tool has good thermal conductivity, and the cutting amount of high-gloss processing is not large, so it is generally unnecessary to add coolant.

(5) Application: The trend of high-gloss processing of hardware is obvious. Aluminum highlights are mainly used in 3C industries such as mobile phones, digital product shells and some aluminium sheets. And after the high light, it can be oxidized for the second time to enhance the wear resistance of the high light area.

The products processed by super-hard diamond high-gloss knives have high finish and no burr, white line and dark spots on the surface.
